    Configured boot failed

    Hello, I see a lot of Cisco router which have this message at boot up : POST ............ OK. 8MB DRAM, 4MB Flash. Configured boot failed, attempting fallback boot. I've seen that type a "boot system flash" command help to resolve this problem but it doesn't work all times...
