    Copying outlook contacts and calendar to disk

    Hi, I'm changing job and have all my contacts and appointments stored in outlook (97) - in contacts and the calendar. Is there anyway that I can copy these to disk so that I can load them on to my new outlook account when I start my new job. Any ideas appreciated
