Hello scripters, I'd like to make a function with a variabele option like: f_header () { echo $HEADERTEXT } where HEADERTEXT is the option to f_header. this works: HEADERTEXT="the headertext" f_header but I'd like to put it in one line like: f_header ("the headertext")...- andrero

No CDE console after upgrade to tru64 v5.1a
Hello Admins, Last weekend I updated my Alpha Server 2000 to tru64 v5.1a. But after the upgrade the console went black. By stopping /sbin/init.d/xlogin en afterwards renaming it from preventing run at reboot I have a ascii console. Graphics card is a ATI MACH64-GX Rev 3. Any one familiar...- andrero
