    Reverting numbers

    I am trying to revert a # so that when a customer calls it gets automatically directed to a different extension.(i.e. 2740 goes to 2798) Any advice is appreciated.

    Can't fax out when using desktop messaging

    When we installed the call pilot messaging software, we were able to use the incoming fax feature, but are having difficulties with the the outgoing faxes. Is there anything I missed?
