Can somebody tell me what this means? A user of mine is getting this error when trying to send out a 4mb attachment to an external address. There are no delivery restrictions on his email so he should be able to send a 4mb attachment no problem. We are running Exchange 5.5 Sp3.

Is there any kind of add on for the tracking feature built in to Exchange 5.5? I would like to be able to track not only From and To like is tracked now but possibly the Email subject as well. Is there a way to do this without completely copying every email that is sent?
Is there no way to block incoming mail from a specific adress in exchange 5.5 without 3rd party software? Say I want to block all emailing coming from billybob@hotmail.com
