Wondering if anyone can comment on the observe functionality.
It is currently working for active acd calls, but supervisor has stated that when acd call is put on hold they can not hear the call taker on their active outbound call on a outbound line.

I have an external line that that points to a CDN then out of service to a scr key on a 3905 on an add on module and I want the key to forward to an acd again if it is not answered.
I can't change the forwarding on the 3905 so I have created a 500 with cls fna, fba and FTR FDN 9999 (acd CDN)...
Heres a weird one:
Dial ext 1768 from a m3905 and name display comes up and then changes to another name. Go to another 3905 that is programmed identical and it stays as the labeled name at the far end.
I cleared the callers list, rebooted the phone and this is still happening.

Getting random calls to two agents with dead air and just a trunk id. Just on one skill set/que. Calls come in to one site and are redirected over sip to another.
Long standing issue we cant recreate any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have an intermittent issue where a call in this one skillset/que occasionally routes a call to two agents at the same time. They can hear each other but there is no caller present.

I have changed a customer on analog trunks to answer to a ring group first with two sets and then go to attendant if not answered. when I call the main number it now rings a delay before going to vmail but the two sets don't ring.

Mailboxes that reach 100% full are staying full even when users delete all messages the full mailbox message stays on the web portal and when they log in it says the mailbox if full. Anyway to fix this?

I have sets in the 200 range and I have a local number that starts with 289, its always trying to dial just the three digits. How can I get this to work. I have rules setup for nxxnxxxxx but it still tries to dial just 289.

Hello all. I have setup the default page group to page all sets but nothing comes across just silence. And no errors come up on the set I am paging from. The sets are i2004's should they not be able to page on the set speakers?
