Are there any issues with early releases of M7324,(under rls15) used with KLM's rls04 AFTER an upgrade from R1T1 to MICS 7.1? Other than ITAS-tip 297 NA and ITAS_tip-033CDN I haven't found anything else. I want to be sure that a rls 16+ is not required for the M7324 sets.

Customer has CP150, Rls 3.0. They upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and the Unified Messaging wasn't compatible. Anyone know if it would be now and what version of UM client software is required?

We are moving an existing BCM400 to a new corporate site and it will become the host site for networked voicemail for five branch offices that have BCM200's. When you are networking voicemail, do the individual sites have to purchase unified message and fax auth codes to access those...
Throwing this out just to inquire if anyone has dealt with this issue or ever heard of it.
BCM400 3.6, Call Center Pro..issue is that randomly an agent that is logged on and taking calls gets dropped out the queue after having terminated a call and has to logon again. The system is patched up...
we have a customer using Digital Mobility System, they changed the default password (from "default") to something...unknown. I cannot find anything in the Install & Config guide on how to reset. Does anyone know how to default it?

Does anyone have any comments on the "ease" of uppgrading from BCM 3.6 to 4.0? Just wondering if there are any issues with it and if the keycodes will need to be regenerated?

Would anyone have an estimate on how long it would take to upgrade a BCM200 from 3.0 to 3.6? And then from 3.6 to 3.7?
We need to work around the customer's normal business hours and are trying to get timeline.

Hopefully this is a simple question...We have a customer using two BCM 200's connected via VOIP trunks, both are currently Rls 3.0 with pending software upgrades to 3.7. If one BCM is upgraded to 3.7 before the other, will the VOIP still be compatible and work as usual?

I've read the FAQ, and done a search looking for something similar. The issue is accessing the CP150 using the CP Manager. Has been working fine in the past and suddenly now it doesn't (per customer). There is no problem getting to CP programming using Set Admin (F983). There is no problem...
Are the BCM CP ports the same as the CP100/150 being one port is two channels? And, a customer has been told they need 32 channels for a Console.Net program...is this done by adding PECIII cards?

Is msg notification possible to a phone on a MICS that is connected via PRI to an OPT81C that is using Octel VM? We can get the messages in the mailbox without any problem but so far no msg notification...any suggestions??

Trying to default syst mgr mb however it will not default..lightning storm last evening. Other issues...cannot remotely access subscriber mbxs-but can at their station..thinking corrupt software at this point. Anyone had this experience?
