    Question about structured and unstructured framemaker

    Hi all, I would like to know what the benefits are of switching to structured framemaker. We have just switched to framemaker 7, previously we've been using framemaker 6 without sgml. Also, what is the learning curve for structured framemaker? Thanks!

    Combining several books into one book

    I would like to know if it is possible to combine several books each with its own TOC, into one big master book with a master TOC which is made up of the TOCs from each book. If it is possible, could you show me how to do it. Thanks!!!

    How to do a gradient fill in framemaker?

    I would like to do a gradient fill for the letter "O", but i can't seem to figure out how to do it. What i would like to do is go from black to white to black. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
