    Client agent keeps stopping on Windows 2003

    I have a Windows 2003 Server that I'm trying to backup via Client agent since the new server didn't come with tape backup unit. Everytime I start a backup job the Client Agent stops on the Windows 2003 and I get error E3392 Client connection Timed out. Any help would be great. Thanks
