    VS MAIL RECORDING GARBLED MESSAGES

    I have a VS mail 4.1. Recently we upgraded to 4X40 from 2X10 with the flash card. All ports were tested at installation but now we get an intermittant problem where messages are garbled. Its seems only to happen on about 1/2 of the Ext. Any idea's as to what is happening?

    DSS Lihgts will not work

    I have a Merlin Magic and the DSS light are not working. The Recp. can tranfer using the DSS button but can not se who is on the phone. Is there a fix for this?
