Has any one setup EC500 to a Long distance number, Having problems 1-416-xxx-xxxx will not route to Black Berry, put in local number and no problem.

Hello all, I have a S8700 with 2 G350 at remote locations in Trinidad and about a month ago we lost power at both remote (g-350) locatons. All came back up ok but the alarm will not clear. 002V1 ICC WARNING ON BOARD (y)and the same for 001V1. Has any one seen this and how to clear.

I only have a coordinator guide for the ics system and I whant to turn on automatic call display for all calls .
currently we push F-811 and it works but I understand it can be automatic .

I have been asked to add (nice) recording to our Merlin system . We have MLX 10DP sets our NICE vendor has asked if the set have (Recording Interface Module) instead of installing DAC's . I tried to find the difference from the MLX 10d from the MLX DP with out and luck.

We are using 4620 sets in a call centre and have software for screen pops on the pc . when you answer the call on the pc the speaker phone comes on instead of the preferred headset .

I would like to hear from anyone having issues with the avaya 4620 sets. I currently have about 40 off a S8700 switch and have had problems with speaker phones and call pickup echo.

Is there a way to change the button labels on a soft phone (4620) eg auto-dial 50000 to show as audix or 9,5551212 to show as home .

My pc is having random crashes and reports a device driver error . When I check the device manager all seems fine is there a software or some tool to try and track where the error is coming from

Hello all ,Having problems connecting ip-softphone though firewall via vpn . I am using secure remote client and I can ping the pbx but when I go log in the phone it seems to be there and then "logged off by server" .Any help would be great
