    ArcServe2000 error

    Hello, I've got the error : "Unable to get Device Group Status.DEVGROUP= a grup that i can't see in my configuration. I've got a Dell DLT with 7 slots, and ' can't perform any backup operation due to this error. Any suggestions? Best regards
