    Lost passwords, community strings and user ID on Cisco 801

    We have two Cisco 801 routers returned to us from a client site. We want to reconfigure them but do not have the existing RO/RW strings, User ID, etc. Is there some way to reset the router back to factory defaults or to blow the config away to allow us to start again? Cheers
