    Long boot time when hub connected to PC

    am experiencing a long boot up time (90 secs), waits at blue desktop screen (no icon's) on a Win2k ICS PC when a 3Com 10 baseT hub is connected. It has one AMD NIC and one Intel NIC.     Win2K restarts when it should power down

    WIn 2K has started to restart when I select shutdown. It has worked correctly before, obviously something has changed. It does this continuously. The motherboard is a Chaintech 9BJA with an Intel 845, SDRAM and P4 Thanks
