Has anybody else heard of using a 'Set' command to cancel an adjunct route request? I didn't think it would, but I have a vendor that's saying it will.

I have 3 fields; Skill1, Skill2, and Skill3
I want to ask the user to input a skill number to search for and then search all 3 of those fields for a match. I only want the user to enter the number once.

Is there a command that can be used to disconnect an active login? There have been a number of instances when a user would login and start a change command, only to get sidetracked or go to lunch - or whatever, locking everyone else out of changes. To complicate it further, some of the logins...

When using the check command, ie.. check skill x if available agents > y, will the PBX continue recheck that skill after a predetermined amount of time? Or, will it only look at that skill once and then move on to the next step.

I have designed a form with many fields on it. Whenever you enter a text field by tabbing to it, Access automatically selects all text in that field. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I just want the cursor to be positioned at the end of the text.
