OK I have a Poweredge 2300 that will not boot to a bootable floopy. However when you go under the A drive in my computer it shows the contents of the disk. Whats the deal I need to boot to a floopy so I can update my backpane and stuff.

Ok this may be a dumb ? but here goes. How do you backup with 2K? I have a 2K web server (Dell 6400) and when I go to back it up it does not automatically locate my tape backup like my NT Server does. How do I tell it to backup to the tape drive?
