    IE window size locked, no dual arrow

    with IE in less than full screen size I can not change window size. I don't get a dual arrow on any edge. I can move window around screen and make full screen size. This is the only window with this problem, all other programs are fine. Less than full screen size nearly fills the screen but...

    Word won't start

    Office Pro2K, 2 CD set, been using on WIN98 for over 2 years. Suddenly Word wants the key code upon starting. Enter code and it says code is invalid. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Word and then entire Office suite. No good. Machine also stopped being able to defrag about the same time...
