I create email groups in Exchange 2003 but these do not display in Outlook. This used to be automatic in Exchange 5.5. Anyone help?

I have found Yosemite Tapeware backup pretty useless and I have no confidence that it is working even when it says it is. I have had problems with a restore and gave up on that one. I also found that if you have the Tapeware box open it doesn't run as scheduled. Scheduleing doesnt work or works...

When opening an email in Outlook, connected to exchange 5.5 if that is relevant, it opens the top email to if this one has not been opened. I have no idea why and have checked for viruses and spyware
