sendmail subdomain

Restricted Login Problem
I am attempting to set up RSH but am having a problem. I created a user with /usr/bin/Rsh, but whenever they attempt to login, the session instantly fails (no error msg). I can su to the user with no problem but just can't login. When I echo the SHELL, it shows /bin/ksh. Can anyone help me out...
