    How to Remove Make Calls First Message

    We recently purchased a few refurbished M7310 phones. For one of these phones, it keeps displaying "Make Calls First" whenever i press a button on the phone. It does not allow me to enter a feature combination or dial anyone. Is there a way to reset this. Thanks
