    Modem missing in control panel

    I have the modem installed in the device manager fine but the modem icon is missing in the control panel and I am getting errors atempting to make as connection, including lock up's. Windoes ME Anyone seen this before?

    CMAK where?

    I have searched every where and can not find the CMAK program (comunication managers admin kit), microsoft dont even seem to have it on their site any more. Help! Does anyone have a link to another site with the download on or can someone email the file to me. Thanks loads Seby
