    can't get computer up & running..again!!

    Hi..I sure hope someone out there can help me. My computer was running okay yesterday. My grandaughter wanted to play a new game from a CD so we put it in and installed it.     computer won't compute!

    Hi all, I need some help. I turned the computer on and nada... the screen stays black.. the keyboard doesn't respond and neither does the mouse. The green lights on the keyboard light when I turn the computer on..they stay on for like 2 seconds and then go off..when I hit number lock-cap...
