Move user to a new phone
Greetings, I'm new to Avaya but not telephony in general. I need to move an established user from a defective phone onto a new one. The new one is plugged in, and I can see it in the User section of Office Manager, it's currently on a different extension. Is it as easy as right clicking on...- M Albert
