Programming ring tones by line
We fried our system and had to do a hard reboot. The system reverted to original settings from 20+ years ago. I need outside calls to stop ringing through
At some point during lockdown, someone here changed some phone settings to get it ringing in the warehouse. I was thinking it just has Follow Me turned on since the Shipping display says which line and shows it ringing to my reception phone, e.g. "Showmen->Recep" is displaying on the Shipping...- ShowmenHeather

Norstar M7310 auto dials internal ext when you pick up the handset
Oh, I am so new so I hope I'm posting in the correct forum. One of our Norstar M7310s will automatically dial my boss' extension whenever you pick up the handset while the phone is idle.
