    outgoing calls over PSTN

    Hello, I'm going to configure outgoing calls over analog lines user press 9 hear dial tone and dial number . I have issue with dial number. when press 9 i hear dial tone but when i dial number that i want to call .nothing huppened and dialtone not mute
