    Loading Tape Backup Driver

    i am a "newby" to Novell and need assistance on installing a tape backup drive (Seagate STD124000N). the hardware post detects the SCSI tape drive at ID#5, but Novell does not see it. do i need a driver? where do i get this driver? and where do i put a statement to load this driver...
