Force Users to 'Dial 9' for Outside Line
Hey All, I have the opposite issue to a lot of people, can someone point me in the right direction please? I have my dial plan setup and if I dial: 9-00-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx 9= Outside Line 00=International Prefix 1 = USA xxx etc = USA Number This matches USA number so routes via my USA carrier If...- DoozerUK

IPO500v2 - Incoming call not routing to Incoming Group
Hi All, New to these forums and hope someone can point me in the right direction... Im having some really odd issues with incoming calls from external callers.
