MiCollab license change on multiple users
We did an uplift of all our UCC Entry licenses to UCC Standard and now the system shows "Warning: Please upgrade 135 or more users." in the Licensing Information section on the MiCollab server. Is there a way to update multiple users at a time? I looked at the "Bulk User Provisioning" tab but...- Mike__K

3300 ICP missing DN from Call forwarding profile
I have a user that can't set forwarding, when I looked for her DN in the Call forwarding profile list it was missing. When I try to add the DN to the Call forwarding profiles I get the message "Invalid Directory Number". everything else is working. I thought about deleting the phone from the...- Mike__K
