    Upgrade from 8.1.91 to 11.0 issue

    I have done 100's of upgrades but have never ran into anything like this any info on this would be greatly appreciated. When I go to do the upgrade it only shows the ip office 500 and not the other stuff that needs upgrading. I have attached pictures to show what i mean...
