we seeing some strange issue - customers are hearing hold music on calls intermittently .
on the CM list trace station we do see that Hold and unhold keeping happening back and forth but Agent is not even touching the HOLD button

We have avaya cms on esxi 6.0
We have our cms admin backup scheduled to run on every month 10th
And our CMS backup type is NFS
So whenever the NFS paths gets unmounted the CMS serevr gets hung and it won't let login via ssh.

Example - I have a audio group and I got some 6 boards in it and the audio file is only on 4 boards of it.
Does the call send request to the other 2 boards to play the announcement where Audio file doesn't exist ???

I have MOH on audio group 2.
It's intermittently working.
When I trace it I don't see any issues with gateway or Val board.
And audio file is on each gateway and Val board.
