Micros 3700 - Service Charge Issue
I have input an option for an 18% gratuity to be added for large parties. The service charge will apply to the check just fine, but it causes some tickets to be unable to close out. Certain tickets will give a "transaction code not allowed" error. I have not noticed any similarities in tender...- emilykerr

Hi all, My restaurant is set up with 4 different menu levels for all liquor items (single, double, HH single, HH double). It is not set with any time-restricted auto level change. This works for us.
