    CONNECT NEC PHONES DT820 TO A 3C SYSTEM

    Hi everyone. We purchased 40 NEC IP phones and we need to connect them to a 3C system but this does not have the necessary firmware to manage them. Is it possible to use them as normal SIP phones by doing a firmware dowgrade? Thank you
