AVAYA SMDR - LIVE CALLER ID LOGGING
Hi guys, Our system: Avaya IP Office 500 V2 Version 10.0 I know I could use the SMDR output + a 3rd company to get the call logs. But I want a way to see the LIVE incoming calls. A live log of an incoming caller (while the phone is ringing). Is this possible?? It was possible on the Vantage...- starbuck99
