It seems Mitel does not care about their customers and after a defunct Mitel reseller I have support from Mitel directly through CDW. The problem is now they do not know how to create a SOW for basic MAC tickets for basic changes I need to make within the system.
For some reason my meeting invites are showing my internal IP address instead of DNS. Does anyone know where to change this to DNS?
I have a Mitel 3300.
