Good Morning, I need some help, We have an Avaya Partner 18D and someone was trying to program their phone and somehow "deleted" our line 6 phone line no dial tone at all on line 6 . not sure how this happened or what they did but there is no dial tone on line on all of our phones in the...- wmnhsr

Hello, so we have the avaya partner 18D system and when i transfer a call or a call goes into our one phone (we will call it ext 23) it transfers back to the front desk phone. ext 11.
