Avaya Essential or Upgrade license or both?
Picked up a couple used IP500 v2 without SD cards so no software or licenses installed. One system is PCS03 and second is PCS19. I can't figure out what licenses to get. Avaya IP500 v2 with IP Office running R9.0.1.0 BASIC Licensing question
I am a little confused about how to proceed to get the licenses that I need. I have IP500 v2 box running IP Office R9.0.1.0 BASIC. IP500 v2 has 700417389 card which I believe comes with 12x IP Endpoint licenses. I need to get Essential license for it and 4x SIP trunk licenses. Also hope to...- maksima
