I'm having the same issue as describe in thread940-1752493, I have a new laptop and I did install IPO manager and VM pro, I can access VM pro from my old computer but can't get it working on the new one using the same account and pwd, the web interface 7071 is also working...

i have been looking for a solution to this issue for the past 2 weeks, my user can't drop calls using the drop button on avaya 1408 phone, i'm using IP office 500 v2 managed with ip office manager 9.1.7.
can someone help me please??
