    Transfer SoftKey dissapear in my 1140 Phones

    I have a issue with my phone, when i call to the extension "A", and they transfer to the extension "B", and the extension "B" put the call in Hold and try to transfer to the boss, the softkey Transf dissapear. All the phones have the latest firmware by Avaya.

    Hi everyone, i have a question about Nortel CS1000B. My extensions dont do the call, and i think that my Trunk SIP dont work fine. First, my RLI go to the PRI and second to the Trunk TIE SIP, with the System Manager. My configuration its BARS SPN. Regards
