    Hopefully this will save you some grief later on. I discovered that on Basic systems that even the MOH is shown as activated in programming it's not. You need to deactivate it, save config, and then reactivate it. Not sure about Ess Editions. Getting to hate Basic Editions

    Have a R7 that when a call comes in people on their phones hear clicking on line following the ring cycle. Replced 206EC and still he same trouble. Just happening in 1 out of 3 206's. Wolld you gues it's the back plane or processor.

    Can't seem to find this answer. the log button on a 1416 set will show the lt 10 incoming calls. Does the call log button that can be programmed onto a button to show system calls store and show more that the 10 calls accessed by the log button.

    Have a cust with an IPO Basic R9 that wants his AA for nights only. Does not want a night button. Every thing I try results in the AA not working at all, or the calls going to the out of hours recording. Anyone run into this scenario and if so how did you get it to work.
