    A customers back of house failed and Micros was called out to fix the issue. Everything works but they workstations keep getting the following error: "Unable to load Micros display.dll".     I have a customer with a Micros 370

    I have a customer with a Micros 3700 system. He says that his caller ID box (Rochelle) only works with one of his phone lines. It does nothing when one of the other lines rings. Sounds like a bad rochelle box to me. Any thoughts?
