    Network hacking problem

    Am using Windows 98SE, Norton, and Zone Alarm. For some reason my computer is pinging computers at Verio (various addresses) which is not part of my network and from time to time they try connecting to me via 137. Print and file share is turned off and Zone Alarm says these are being blocked but...
