Selling old system, anything I should do prior to dismantling?
We recently join our parent company's VoIP setup. Im in charge of removing our old Nortel system. I was thinking about trying to sell off the system as a whole but was wondering if there is anything I should do first to remove our configs. Is there an easy way to factory reset the system? FastRAD Connection issues
I am trying to connect my FastRAD to my PC to use the NRU tools. I can access F9** and it sees that RAD. I connected the RAD to my PC via serial but when I tell it to connect it says 'RAD did not respond'. I have checked the COM port settings a ton of times.
