I am dealing with a BCM400 where the CBC limits and CBC metrics are invisible. They don't appear in Business Element Manager or Teleset programming. The customer has 2 PRI's and once they hit the 23 channel mark, all further inbound get busy signals. Anyone have any ideas here? Thanks!
