Don't go to next CO when putting someone on hold?
On a TDA50 or TDE100, when we use the hold button, our phone goes to the next available line and we can hear dial tone. The users want it to just be silent (and then manually select a new line if they want one) Can't find a setting in PBXUnified.- tladuke

Key Label Print on TDE100 / Unified Maintenance Console
I'm having issues printing the flexible buttons. TDE is detecting all the phones as the wrong model #. Is this normal? If I change the phone type in the key label section, it reverts back if I disconnect from the TDE. Any label names and formatting I do get lost too. Using the Save and Open...- tladuke
