IPOCC Automatic Reporting without Export
I have a customer that wants reports automatically generated for the day prior but does no want them exported and emailed. Basically they want to log into the UI double-click the report and it shows yesterday's data. I set this up but it won't seem to run at all unless I tell it to email out...- jsrobinson3

Inbound Calls Per Hour
I am trying to create an inbound call report that shows all the calls between 1pm - 2pm (and every other hour) throughout the entire month (24 rows with the total for each hour from the entire month). I was able to get it to work by creating a new table for each hour on in the historical report...- jsrobinson3
