Two users sharing a phone set (M3903). Each user has a seperate DN (DN1 and DN2). Each user has a seperate callpilot mailbox (MB1 and MB2). When caller dials DN1 call goes to MB1. When caller dials DN2 calls go to MB1 instead of MB2. Anyone know what is not configured properly?
After a programmed flash download, one telephone set, M3902, still shows download screen. It reported an error TBUG631. Anyone know what this error code means? I can't find in any documentation that I have.

Offices in Building A, B & C use the Opt 11c for calling. All are Customer 0. Normal calls go out via a T1 to a Opt 81c at another location.
For 911 calls: Local CO lines in Building C are used. (There are 6 CO lines)
