    How to cancel auto handsfree answering?

    We have an NEC Univerge SV8100 phone system, and one of our users has some how set the phone to automatically answer and go to speakerphone. I cannot figure out how to cancel this. The phone is an NEC DT300 series. Thank you in advance for any help.
