    Cell Phone Callers - Nupoint

    Got a complaint from a customer stating " Cell Phone callers "time out" and the Auto Attendant (Nupoint) does not recognize the call, if the cell phone user is silent." Not happening on Land Line calls. Is this a Volume issue? and if so, is there an option to fix this? Is this a talk off issue?
