avaya magix dialliing 911
i have a customer that has a magix and cannot dial 911. I have tried 9911, 911 both seem like they are trying to dial out but time out after a while. the frl are all set to 3 except 900 numbers which are set to 4. there service provider says they do not see the digits. they are using a pri, all...- Ottopritch
