Is there a way to keep Diamond lit on a MCR extension?
Have an executive that has multiple offices. Has same extension on his 2317's in each office. His assistant who also has a 2317 would like to be able to see when he is on a call. afaik once a call is received on an extension that is setup as MCR, the diamond vanishes. Meridian Mail Terminal locked up
I access my Meridian Mail through a VT emulator and it is locked up right now in the Voice Services Admin screen. Where it says select an item there is a capital T. I can't get any of the function keys to respond etc. It is an Option 61C. Voice mail is working but I can't do any admin on the...- 2tango2
